Dental Services

The Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners examines and licenses individuals who provide dental services, including dentists, dental therapists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, denturists, and business entities. Business registration is required by any business entity not exclusively owned by a licensee referenced above which provides dental services. (22)
